工艺
1.渗碳(carburizing/carburization)
渗碳(carburizing/carburization)是指使碳原子渗入到钢表面层的过程。也是使低碳钢的工件具有高碳钢的表面层,再经过淬火和低温回火,使工件的表面层具有高硬度和耐磨性,而工件的中心部分仍然保持着低碳钢的韧性和塑性。
Carburization is the process of infiltrating carbon atoms into the surface layer of steel. It also makes the workpiece of low carbon steel have the surface layer of high carbon steel, and then after quenching and low temperature tempering, so that the surface layer of the workpiece has high hardness and wear resistance, while the central part of the workpiece still maintains the toughness and plasticity of low carbon steel.
2.调质(quenching and tempering)
调质(quenching and tempering)处理就是指淬火加高温回火的双重热处理方法,其目的是使工件具有良好的综合机械性能。
Quality adjustment treatment refers to the dual heat treatment method of quenching and high temperature tempering, its purpose is to make the workpiece have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
3.碳氮共渗(carbonitriding)
碳氮共渗(carbonitriding)是以渗碳为主同时渗入氮的化学热处理工艺。它在一定程度上克服了渗氮层硬度虽高但渗层较浅,而渗碳层虽硬化深度大,但表面硬度较低的缺点。
Carbon and nitrogen co-infiltration is a chemical heat treatment process with mainly carbonization and nitrogen infiltration. To a certain extent, it overcomes the disadvantage of the permeability layer is shallow, and the carburizing layer is deep, but the surface hardness is low.
4. 淬火(quenching)
淬火(quenching)是把钢加热到临界温度以上,保温一定时间,然后以大于临界冷却速度进行冷却,从而获得以马氏体为主的不平衡组织(也有根据需要获得贝氏体或保持单相奥氏体)的一种热处理工艺方法。淬火是钢热处理工艺中应用最为广泛的工种工艺方法。
Quenching is a heat treatment process in which steel is heated above the critical temperature, insulated for a certain time, and then cooled at a cooling rate greater than the critical one, so as to obtain an unbalanced tissue dominated by martensite (also to obtain or maintain single-phase austenite as needed). Quenching is the most widely used process method in steel heat treatment process.
